[ 7/2022 ] Project Partnership – Zoetis

HELPING NEIGHBORS | Zoetis, a growing animal pharmaceutical company partnered with Centurion Construction Group to provide a solution for constructing a new two-story operations office inside the Lewisberry warehouse facility and renovating/expanding existing offices. This challenging 70,600 sq ft. project will be completed in two phases that involves the fit-out of existing warehouse space that was occupied by a third party to accommodate the expansion of Zoetis into this space, so they can now occupy and utilize the entire facility. Phase 1 includes the demolition of existing offices and construction of a brand new two-story operations office. Phase 2 includes the renovation work and expansion of existing office space and facilities including the addition of men’s/women’s locker rooms and renovating a break room, training room, and existing offices.
