Centurion Construction partnered with Wolfgang Confectioners to deliver a fast-track, 90-day renovation of an existing facility recently acquired in Loganville, PA. The project involved the comprehensive conversion of the structure into a fully operational food processing plant. Careful sequencing and trade coordination were critical to meeting the accelerated schedule while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Scope of Work:

• Transformation of previously non-conditioned spaces into temperature-controlled production environments designed to meet food-grade standards
