Centurion Construction was engaged by 4444, LLC for completion of the landlord shell package supporting the new Title Boxing Club. 4444, LLC is the property owner of the commercial buildings that house Cork and Fork Osteria and Ever Grain Brewing Co., among other businesses in Hampden Township.
The scope of work consisted of delivering the baseline structural and systems condition of the commercial tenant space prior to tenant-specific interior construction. A shell package for a fit-out renovation project, typically provided by a landlord, establishes the core building envelope and infrastructure necessary for the tenant’s subsequent interior build-out. This scope provided the required infrastructure to support the tenant’s specialized fitness facility build-out.
