Ross Dress for Less – Renovation

Ross Dress for Less at Southland Crossings in Boardman, OH partnered with Centurion to complete renovations on their 24,000 square feet retail space. The project involved extensive updates to both the interior and exterior of the existing space to meet brand standards and operational requirements.

Scope of Work:

• Demolition and reconstruction of the exterior storefront, including structural steel and EIFS façade
• Modifications to dock and receiving areas for improved functionality
• Interior renovations, including new flooring, ceilings, and paint
• Construction of a new employee breakroom, restroom, and office area
• Coordination that ensured the on-time completion of the project for their grand opening
