Penn State Health Holy Spirit Hospital CT Scan Replacement – Renovation & Refresh

Centurion completed a renovation and equipment replacement project for a hospital CT Scanner Suite while the facility remained fully operational. Completion of all work under strict ICRA protections with minimal disruption to hospital operations, including night shifts and extended hours to meet the emergency equipment replacement schedule. The project involved structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to support new medical equipment and improve patient access, all completed under strict ICRA infection control standards and an aggressive schedule.

Scope of Work:

• Structurally modified for an opening to allow improved access for gurney bound patients
• Converted an existing X-Ray room to an equipment/support room for the new CT equipment
• Provided all new electrical and mechanical requirements for the new medical equipment and controls as well as new lighting and specialized diffusers
• Installed a new medical gas monitoring system
• Provided a refresh of all new finishes including flooring, walls, ceilings, and countertops
