Members 1st partnered with Centurion Construction Group to improve accessibility and modernize both the exterior entry and interior customer areas of its downtown Gettysburg branch. The project addressed ADA compliance at the front of the building while enhancing interior finishes and key service areas to better support daily operations and customer experience. Work was carefully planned and executed within a constrained site to deliver a cohesive, updated facility.

Scope of Work:

• Maintained continuous building operations through phased construction and coordination with facility staff
• Removed and disposed of existing planter, front stoop, and associated site elements
• Completed sidewalk modifications, including removal of tree and replacement of affected areas
• Furnished and installed new ADA-compliant ramp, steps, sidewalks, and railings per design
• Installed new front entry door system
• Removed existing teller line and drive-through countertops
• Furnished and installed new solid surface countertops at teller line and drive-through
• Painted all interior spaces
• Furnished and installed new flooring throughout
• Installed new ACT ceiling system
• Upgraded all electrical lighting systems to energy-efficient LED fixtures
