Centurion Construction Group has partnered with the Mechanicsburg Fire Department to construct a new modern facility that will enhance emergency response capabilities and better serve the needs of the community This state-of-the-art firehouse will provide improved operational efficiency, updated apparatus accommodations, and upgraded living quarters to support the dedicated volunteer firefighters who serve Mechanicsburg and the surrounding areas.

Scope of Work:

Construction of a dedicated apparatus bay designed to accommodate emergency vehicles, with consideration for efficient ingress/egress, bifold apparatus bay doors, and support for rapid response operations.

• Development of a two-story structure housing operational support areas, including administrative offices, training/meeting rooms, storage, and essential building systems.
• Build-out of modern living quarters, including bunk rooms, kitchen, dining, and restroom/shower facilities, designed to meet the growing needs of the department and improve firefighter comfort and readiness.
• Integration of support spaces such as gear storage, decontamination areas, and utility rooms to enhance safety, organization, and operational efficiency.
• Installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to meet the demands of a high-functioning emergency services facility.
• Site work, including access drives, parking areas, and coordination for emergency vehicle circulation.
