IWM engaged Centurion to renovate its existing manufacturing facility to accommodate the relocation of existing equipment and the installation of new production machinery.

Scope of Work:

Phase 1

• Construction of a 1,250-square-foot, two-bay loading dock addition, complete with a cast-in-place concrete ramp and associated retaining and foundation walls

• Interior renovations involved the demolition and removal of a 2,700-square-foot raised structural slab, selective demolition and structural modification of an existing load-bearing wall
• Installation of a new 2,700-square-foot slab-on-grade designed to support manufacturing loads
• Modifications to the existing roofing system to accommodate structural and layout changes

Phase 2

• Within the existing structure, Centurion removed and replaced a 2,400-square-foot deteriorated concrete slab-on-grade
• In an adjacent building, a 2,800-square-foot wood truss and beam floor system was demolished and replaced with engineered structural fill and a new reinforced concrete slab-on-grade to provide increased load capacity and long-term durability for industrial operations
