After losing the majority of the liquid fertilizer and chemical storage capacity at their Gainesville, NY, location due to a fire, Growmark FS engaged Centurion to provide comprehensive design-build services for a replacement facility.
The new building is an approximately 8,500-square-foot, fully insulated and conditioned pre-engineered metal structure, supported by new concrete foundations and floor slabs. The facility was thoughtfully designed to restore operational efficiency while providing a durable, modern solution tailored to Growmark FS’s needs. Constructed on the same footprint as the original building, the new facility provided Growmark FS with a clear and efficient path back to normal operations.
