Growmark FS recognized a need to improve their Bloomsbury, NJ location to increase storage capacity and replace an existing, structurally deficient building. To address this, they engaged Centurion to design and build a solution that would meet both operational and logistical requirements.
The new storage facility provides approximately 1,800 tons of dry fertilizer storage and includes new receiving, blending, and load-out equipment, enhancing the site’s efficiency and throughput. The project presented several challenges, including limited available space, coordination with the existing rail siding, and complex utility relocations.
Despite these constraints, Centurion worked closely with Growmark FS to deliver a facility that optimizes storage capacity, improves operational workflows, and ensures long-term structural reliability. This project demonstrates our expertise in solving complex logistical and infrastructure challenges for the agricultural industry.
