Entrusted with another project for CubeSmart, Centurion delivered the design-build construction of a new five-story, 118,000-square-foot facility, expanding CubeSmart’s self-storage portfolio. Providing full preconstruction through closeout services including project management, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance, Centurion completed a modern, high-capacity facility optimized for operational efficiency and long-term asset performance.
