CubeSmart Harriman – New Build

Centurion completed the construction of CubeSmart Harriman, a new 4-story, 126,000-square-foot storage facility on a greenfield site in Harriman, NY. The project included extensive site development and multi-story building construction to deliver a fully functional storage facility.

Scope of Work:

• Site development; including grading, utilities installation, stormwater management systems, and retaining walls
• Construction of a structural pedestal first floor using concrete and structural steel
• Three additional floors constructed with traditional storage building methods, including framing and concrete decks
• Fabrication and installation of storage units throughout the facility
• Mechanical and electrical system installation to support operational functionality
