Centurion was contracted by Crostwater Distillery to renovate its existing facility into a fully integrated distillery, tasting room, and food service venue. The existing structure was designed to support active spirits production, front-of-house hospitality operations, and a commercial kitchen environment within a unified footprint. The completed space provides a production-forward setting where house made Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey, White Whiskey, and White Rye Whiskey are paired with locally sourced menu offerings in a cohesive, operationally efficient environment.
