Centurion partnered with Broad Reach Developers to reposition an existing retail structure within the Carlisle Commons Shopping Center. The project was delivered in two phases, beginning with a comprehensive base building renovation followed by tenant-specific landlord packages to support future occupancy.
The initial phase focused on modernizing the building exterior, upgrading site infrastructure, and aligning the architectural character with adjacent structures within the shopping center. This phase established a cohesive exterior aesthetic and prepared the structure for multi-tenant occupancy
Following completion of the core renovation, Centurion collaborated with the property owner to deliver landlord packages for incoming tenants. Work focused on creating code-compliant, functional white box spaces tailored to each tenant’s operational requirements. The phased approach enabled efficient delivery of a repositioned retail asset while providing adaptable, market-ready tenant spaces.
