The Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg (CSAGH) has successfully completed a new campus connection project linking its Harrisburg Christian School building with the gymnasium, delivered in partnership with Centurion Construction Group. This thoughtfully designed addition reflects CSAGH’s innovative approach of uniting resources, providing secure, efficient, and welcoming access between facilities. This seamless connection enhances daily operations, improves building flow, and supports the long-term needs of a unified campus community. Scope of Work:

• Constructed approximately 1,100 square feet of new enclosed connector and secure vestibule to provide a controlled connection between the existing building and the gymnasium
• Provided a secure, access-controlled vestibule designed to manage building entry while maintaining separation between public and secured areas
• Integrated the connector to tie seamlessly into existing structures, including coordination of floor elevations, wall systems, and roof transitions
• Installed new structural framing, exterior envelope, and interior partitions to match performance and aesthetic requirements of the existing facility
• Completed new doors, glazing, and hardware to support security, visibility, and life-safety requirements
• Extended and coordinated MEP systems (lighting, power, HVAC, fire protection, and life safety) to serve the new space
• Maintained continuous building operations during construction through phased work and coordination with facility staff
• Delivered a code-compliant, weather-tight, and fully operational connector enhancing circulation, security, and functionality between buildings
