This strategic design-build project will allow them to meet rising demand and reinforce their reputation as a premier custom restoration provider and Morgan dealer. The new space is designed with both functionality and quality in mind, setting the stage for continued success.

Centurion Construction Group’s integrated approach as the design-builder allowed for streamlined communication, cost-effective solutions, and delivery of a facility that positions the business for continued success. The project objective is to expand the operational space to support additional restoration bays and specialized service areas, improve storage capacity for tools, parts, and restored vehicle inventory.

Scope of Work:

• Land development, which included clearing and grading of the designated expansion area, as well as a new stormwater retention basin and retaining wall.
• New construction of a skewed 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with high-clearance ceilings and large sectional doors to accommodate multiple vehicle types.
• Expanded parking lot and updated exterior lighting.
