This 24,000-square-foot facility had experienced significant wear and required comprehensive rehabilitation. Centurion collaborated closely with the owner to develop and execute a full-scale renovation plan that restored and modernized the building while maintaining uninterrupted plant operations throughout construction.
Centurion’s scope included complete engineering, design, and permitting services, followed by extensive building envelope improvements, including roof replacement, new exterior siding, and upgraded insulation systems. Interior structural upgrades included the placement of a 5,000 PSI (high-performance) concrete topping slab to enhance floor durability and load capacity for industrial use. The result is a fully revitalized manufacturing facility designed to support long-term operational efficiency and performance.
