Centurion delivered a turnkey solution for Growmark’s new 26,000-square-foot warehousing facility. The project addressed complex logistical constraints related to building size, height, traffic flow, storage capacity, and existing property conditions.

Scope of Work:

• Provided full design-build services for a 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse
• Navigated zoning requirements and obtained special exceptions for land development, building design, and permitting
• Managed building demolition and site preparation to accommodate the new facility
• Coordinated construction within tight property constraints to optimize traffic flow and storage layout
