Centurion completed a comprehensive renovation of a 4,000-square-foot warehouse and associated facility spaces. The project included structural, mechanical, and aesthetic improvements to enhance functionality and meet current building standards.

Scope of Work:

• Remodeled 4,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space
• Painted the entire warehouse interior and exterior
• Installed a new metal roof and gutter system
• Upgraded interior electrical systems and installed a new metal ceiling
• Divided the existing restroom to create separate men’s and women’s facilities
• Replaced 1,000 ft. of 6-inch sewer line
• Replaced approximately 500 ft. of 2-inch water line
