Geisinger Orthopedics – Renovation (Fit-Out)

Centurion was contracted by Geisinger / Holy Spirit to complete an interior fit-out for a new Orthopedics facility. The project involved transforming existing space into a fully operational outpatient clinical environment designed to support high patient volume and specialized diagnostic imaging services.

Scope of Work:

• Two x-ray suites
• 19 exam rooms
• Six doctors’ offices
• Multiple support areas/nurses’ stations
• Complete fit out of existing space including saw cutting/excavation for new sanitary piping
• Electrical work to support imaging equipment
• Installation of six new rooftop HVAC units with associated ductwork and controls
• Construction of new exterior drive entrance and patient canopy
