Bell Socialization, a provider of services that support individuals with intellectual disabilities and assist those experiencing mental health challenges or homelessness, expanded its operations in York and Adams counties with the acquisition of a former outpatient medical facility in Hanover, PA. The organization engaged Centurion to renovate the space to meet its programmatic requirements. The project involved comprehensive interior and exterior improvements to transform the former medical facility into a functional and accessible environment.

Scope of Work:

• Demolition of four existing patient rooms to reconfigure the interior layout
• Reconditioning of two bathrooms and one galley kitchen to accommodate updated program use
• Upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure code compliance and operational efficiency
• Replacement and modernization of interior finishes throughout the facility
• Construction of a new handicapped-accessible exterior ramp
• Parking lot resurfacing to improve site accessibility and safety
• Installation of a perimeter fence and gate system for enhanced security
