Zoetis – Renovation (Fit-Out)

Zoetis, a growing animal pharmaceutical company, partnered with Centurion to provide a solution for constructing a new two-story operations office inside the Lewisberry warehouse facility and renovating/expanding existing offices. This project was completed in two phases that involved the fit-out of existing warehouse space that was occupied by a third party to accommodate the expansion of Zoetis into this space, so they can occupy and utilize the entire facility.

Scope of Work:

Phase 1

• Demolition of existing offices and the construction of a brand-new two-story operations office

Phase 2

• Renovation work
• Expansion of existing office space and facilities
• Addition of men’s/women’s locker rooms and renovation of a break room, training room, and existing offices
