Centurion partnered with Sure Stay PLUS Hotel to deliver a comprehensive two-phase renovation and expansion of the existing hospitality facility. The project required detailed preconstruction planning, phased scheduling, and strict operational coordination to maintain continuous 24-hour guest services throughout construction.

Scope included full exterior façade reconstruction, complete interior modernization of existing guestrooms and common areas, site improvements, and the addition of new multistory structures to increase room count and enhance guest amenities.

Scope of Work:

Phase 1

• Selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing exterior façade system
• Full renovation of all 82 existing guestrooms, including finishes, fixtures, and MEP upgrades
• Renovation of hotel laundry facilities with maintained operational continuity
• Renovation of breakfast area and meeting room
• Phased construction sequencing to maintain guest access, life safety compliance, and cleanliness standards
• Coordination of construction activities within an active hospitality environment

Phase 2 

• Construction of two 3,460 square foot, two story building additions
• Build out of additional guestrooms, including ADA compliant guestrooms and bathrooms
• Construction of extended stay suites and oversized hospitality suites with vaulted ceilings
• Development of a new fitness center overlooking the pool and spa area
• Installation of a new pool and spa
• Construction of a 1,250 square foot outdoor patio with gas grill and fire pit
