Elizabethtown College partnered with Centurion Construction to upgrade its laboratory facilities, supporting enhanced hands-on learning and student growth. The project emphasizes modern, safe, and efficient spaces that foster innovation and collaboration. It represents a strategic investment in the college’s educational infrastructure.

Scope of Work:

• Removal and replacement of all casework, doors, flooring, and acoustical ceilings
• Mechanicals, plumbing, and light fixture upgrades
• Fresh paint on walls and door frames
• Installation of new classroom accessories such as new marker boards, tack boards, and pegboards
• Lab ceilings changed from standard ceiling tiles and ceiling tile grid to open ceilings with hanging ceiling sound baffles and exposed flooring structure above for a modern industrial aesthetic
