The Weiss Center houses the Departments of Music, Art, and Art History and includes classrooms, office spaces, practice rooms, and art studios. The lecture hall and adjacent support spaces required renovation and modernization to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and overall user experience.

Scope of Work:

• Complete demolition of the supporting A/V space
• Removal and disposal of existing seating
• Construction of a new platform
• New flooring and paint
• New light fixtures and lighting control system
• Repairs to surrounding rooms to complement the new space
